Four-year College(Day program)

Students of this department must take 128 credits upon graduation, including: 30 credits of general education courses,

58 credits of required majors and 40 credits of elective courses.

 

The Department of Cultural Design and Marketing’s curriculum is divided into three parts:

  1. Foundation of Cultural Study
  2. Marketing and Management
  3. Creative Design

The primary goal is to cultivate students’ design skills and practical marketing management capabilities for future employment in the cultural and creative industries within the central Taiwan region. The department also offers various inter-faculty and interdisciplinary programs to enhance students’ employability.

Department Missions for students:

  1. Gain a comprehensive understanding of culture, design, and business-related knowledge, and integrate these concepts to foster strategic and innovative thinking in their projects.
  2. Acquire innovative and practical design skills, essential for a wide range of careers in culture-related industries.
  3. Develop intellectual abilities to solve problems that contemporary culture-related industries may face, by analyzing a range of cultural development issues and applying marketing and management knowledge.

Creative Design
